Phil Riveron

Managing Partner

Phil's mission is to build with growing businesses that produce enduring results, starting with developing people, through teams that learn continuously. His previous leadership roles include VP (Head) of Finance at Centella, where he built a finance and accounting function from the ground up. His expertise spans M&A, finance, accounting, and process improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving organizational growth and strategic planning. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Andrew Bennett

Partner, Head of Business Development

Andrew is a motivated, strategic, and results-driven finance and operations professional with a demonstrated ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments. His most recent experience involved lending financial and operational expertise to a rapidly growing start-up that acquired four hyper-growth spirits brands within one year. He brings a strong work ethic with a "whatever it takes" mentality, and excels at maximizing team performance through collaboration and follow-through. Five years living and working experience in Latin America, bilingual in English and Spanish.

IRS licensed Enrolled Agent and Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, serving clients with business and individual tax returns and other tax matters.

Senior ACcountant

QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor handling personal tax preparation and assisting the team with bookkeeping responsibilities.
